Natalie Blake
Natalie graduated from Kenyon College in 1992 with a
BA in Studio Art, concentrations in ceramics and
painting. She studied the traditional world of ceramics
with the Sasak women of Indonesia and indigenous
potters throughout Asia as a Thomas J. Watson Fellow
in 1992-93.
She settled in Vermont after school and travels to
apprentice with potters in Southeastern Vermont. She
has made her living in clay for the past seven years and
maintains a studio in Putney, Vermont.
